Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers, describing particular challenges or experiences or proposing novel solutions relevant to the scope of the conference. Papers must present original and unpublished work and should not be currently under review by any other conference or journal. Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the Springer LNCS one-column page format. Papers must have a length of 10-15 pages in LNCS format.

Submit Your Research Paper

We invite researchers and practitioners to submit original, high-quality papers presenting innovative research, practical solutions, and case studies in engineering and applied sciences.

Registration Guidelines

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee to present the paper at the conference. The full fee includes the attendance of the conference, the access to the proceedings. All payments are non-refundable.

Proceeding Publication

The proceedings of all accepted and presented papers from the conference are planned to be submitted to Springer for publication in the Book Series, Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems.

All papers accepted and presented from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume in the Book Series, Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems

Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.

Publication Ethics & AI Policy

  • Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and must not be under review by another conference or journal at the time of submission.
  • Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabricated data, falsified results, manipulated images, and improper citation practices are not acceptable and may result in rejection or removal from publication.
  • All authors must ensure that all listed authors have made a genuine contribution to the work and approve the submitted and final versions of the manuscript.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party material included in the paper and for providing proper acknowledgment where required.
  • Generative AI tools may be used only for limited language improvement or editorial assistance. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, citations, and integrity of all submitted content.
  • AI tools must not be listed as authors. If generative AI has been used in preparing the manuscript, the authors should disclose that use appropriately in the paper or cover letter.
  • Only accepted and presented papers that satisfy the conference review process and Springer quality requirements will be considered for publication.

Review Process

  1. All submitted papers must follow the conference paper format and should be 10-15 pages in LNCS format.
  2. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent domain experts. Additional reviewers may be assigned if necessary to ensure a thorough evaluation.
  3. All submissions will be checked using a plagiarism detection tool. The similarity index must not exceed 15%.
  4. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance and relevance to the conference themes, technical soundness, and clarity and quality of presentation.
  5. Only original and previously unpublished work will be considered for review and publication. Submissions must not be under review elsewhere.
